Sorry for the late post, everyone! This month has flown by for me. Anyways! Let's take a moment to reflect on five years of Barrissoka! On November 13th, 2009, Barriss and Ahsoka met for the very first time. Since then, their supporters have steadily grown both in enthusiasts and artists alike. It's been an emotional roller coaster as we've seen wonderful snippets like Barrissoka flying above Umbara and the infamous season five finale. We've steadily grown as a fan base for the couple despite everything, including Luxsoka fans hating our rotten guts lol. Let's keep Barrissoka alive in our hearts and in our art. Big hugs for everyone!

New Art Jam for the summertime :):)
I felt some inspiration hit in the past week or so when ~Kjara-Grissaecrim (https://www.deviantart.com/kjara-grissaecrim) came up with this lovely piece

I had been considering an AU Barrissoka art jam, putting them in various situations or other fandoms. Raikoh's depiction of Barriss meeting Mermaid Ahsoka was just so adorable, I think I would like to do the art jam around this concept.
We'll call it "The Princess and the Mermaid" :):)
I am currently writing a nice story for this, inspired by Raikoh's piece. I welcome you all to enjoy and, if interested, to participate in this theme.

Concerning the next Art Jam
I've held off on doing other art jams or projects for Barriss/Ahsoka, for the moment.
I'm currently waiting on 2 things:
1) The end of Rebels Season 3, and the trailers of what's to come for Rebels Season 4. With the coming of Season 4 and the hints of Ahsoka's return, I am apprehensive. Call me paranoid or simply reading too much into things, but I am waiting to see if Dave Filoni will be doing some kind of dramatic return of Barriss Offee.
Barriss is still *technically* alive in the new canon, but to what capacity, I cannot be certain. I DO know that if Barriss Offee returns in the Rebels TV show, it will be done in dra
Christmas Art Jam still on :)
I started late with my Christmas Art Jam for Barrissoka, so I am keeping it on until January 10th. Feel free, if you are inspired, to keep on enjoying and creating art that gives good will and a cheery holiday for our wonderful Star Wars pair, Ahsoka and Barriss!! :):)

I've been wanting to announce this after getting side tracked by RL, but I think it would be great to have another Barrissoka Christmas Art Jam!! :D
For those who want to participate, go ahead and do an art piece or a fiction piece featuring Barriss and Ahsoka involved with Christmas, Holiday events, adventures in the snow, etc. Let your imagination go crazy!! I am looking forward to seeing what Barriss and Ahsoka are up to this Christmas season :):)
